It was a very big deal in the valley, where I grew up, to go to the roller ring every weekend in the 80s. To his credit, he listened to his daughter and did just that. I told him that it was never too late to live the life he wants. My father was an unhappy attorney so I, at the age of fifteen, I convinced him to take an early retirement so he could pursue his real love, writing. I’m a member of the Writer’s Guild and my goal is to work in TV comedy. I’ve also written screenplays and original TV pilots. My book of short stories, "Where Would I Be Without Me?" (on Amazon) was published in 2000. I wrote my first story at age eight, my first comedic scene as a teenager and my first play in my early twenties. I’ve actually been writing as long as I’ve been acting. What inspired you to try your hand at writing?
